This post is about a blindness project that holds much promise and I have made a donation personally so I ask you take a few moments to learn more.
The project “owner” is developing a low cost braille output device for computers. In case you don’t know braille is a tactile way of representing letters, numbers and symbols. A braille display can be used to represent what a sighted person can see on the computer monitor and give access to normal computers. Braille still has its place and is very important despite the advancement of speech on computers.
Such devices exist already but due to patent protection they are incredibly expensive and many blind people who would benefit from such a device simply can’t afford to buy one.
This is where David steps in. I have known him for many years as an internet marketer and have benefited from his WordPress knowledge and skills on many ocassions. Based on my history and prior dealings I believe he is serious about this project.
He is asking for donations to help fund development of the braille device and intends to make the results available publicly and freely. You can see full details on the project and donate here.
In his words I’ll let him tell you more:
“It’s been one of the most fulfilling projects I’ve ever worked on – and I hope you’ll considering supporting it as well!

So I do ask you to seriously consider David’s project. Any donation amount is gratefully received but if you can donate $50 and you have any interest in WordPress then you will gain a lot from the bonus membership. Dave knows his stuff when it comes to WordPress and his membership will really help your website and business.
Thanks,
Dale.
